Hectic Holiday Reminders Every year I promise myself to be done with my Christmas shopping by Thanksgiving.   I guess that isnt going to happen this yearagain.   What ends up happening after Thanksgiving is a jam-packed, every-weekend-is-busy schedule. I came across a list of 10  thoughts on  living whole in this months issue of Body + Soul Magazine.   This list of simple reminders hit a chord so I wanted to share them with you. I hope you can find one that you can connect with. Allow yourself the chance to really  savor each moment. Optimism isnt just a shift in perspective.   Its an act of bravery. Only you can decide the path worth taking. Dont wait for your mood to change, take action despite it. Approach gift shopping as an opportunity to honor the people you really love. Rather than search for a single miracle food, strive for a varied and delicious diet. You cant grow without pushing your limits. Stop worrying about getting sick; focus on your health instead. Dont believe what you hear.     Life is good. No one knows what the future will bring/   Put your energy into now.
